Our classes
Heated vinyasa for strength and sweat, slow yin to unwind, and a dedicated beginners course — every class capped at eighteen mats.
Heated, flowing postures linked to breath. Best for building strength, heat and focus.
Slow, supported poses held long to release tension. Best for unwinding and a deep stretch.
A dedicated course for first-timers, pose by pose, at an easing pace. Best for new students.

A mat if you have one, a towel and water. Wear something you can move and breathe in.
