The beginners course

Learn the basics, at your own pace

Build confidence in the poses, the breath and the pace of a class before you join the main timetable.

The beginners course is built for anyone who has never stepped onto a mat, or who wants to go back to the fundamentals. You'll learn how to move with your breath, find a steady pace and feel at home in the room before stepping into vinyasa flow or yin yoga.

Every class is capped at eighteen mats, so your teacher has time to check your alignment and talk you through each pose one on one.

  • Foundations of breath and movement
  • Capped at eighteen mats
  • Hands-on guidance from your teacher
